Coaching Certification in the methodology of Subconscious Reconditioning (Level 1)

The Bond Institute's (TBI's) Subconscious Reconditioning Life Coaching Certification Program is an accelerated 16-hour course. This coursework examines human behavior at the cellular level and uses cognitive therapy as foundational to a cognitive theory of coaching. We peer into the individual’s perceptions, mental attitudes and beliefs that motivate behavior and teach you, the coach, how it is our emotions and not just our thoughts that actually drive human behavior. Incorporating the theory of mind with the cognitive coaching approach identifies limiting beliefs and distorted thinking which undermine the potential for successful outcomes. In this program, you will learn how to effectively mirror your clients and use coaching conversations to help the client get a clear picture of themselves, review life choices and to examine long held assumptions that are old or outdated. Our methodologies will empower both you and your client to learn to identify distorted thinking and to replace it with healthy and productive alternative mental models. You will learn how to help the client re-discover hidden dreams and desires by rewriting those internal scripts using TBI’s subconscious reconditioning techniques.

TBI presents a multifaceted, research-based account of life coaching. The coursework examines theoretical frameworks that support diverse coaching approaches. An overview of techniques applicable to workplace, personal and executive coaching will be offered. The readings also explore several concepts of how personality is constructed as conceptualized by theorists such as; Alfred Adler, Carl Jung, Carl Rogers and Abraham Maslow. Our program trains you, the coach, to understand the science of human behavior. People lie with their mouths all the time! Why?
